Full job descriptionTrainer Assessor -Human Resources (Part-Time)
Reed Further Education are working with a college in Cambridgeshire to recruit a Trainer Assessor in Human Resources to support learners through their apprenticeship programmes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional or existing assessor looking for a flexible, part-time role within education.
Salary: £11,364 - £14,658 per annum pro rata from £28,000 – £36,000
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Approx. 15 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching, training and assessment to HR learners
Support apprentices through their qualifications and End Point Assessment (EPA)
Manage a caseload and track learner progress against targets
Conduct workplace visits and reviews with learners and employers
Provide guidance and coaching to support learner development
Requirements:
Experience working within Human Resources or Learning & Development
TAQA / A1 Assessor qualification (or willingness to work towards)
CIPD Level 3 or above (desirable)
Knowledge of apprenticeships, NVQs or work-based learning
Strong communication and organisational skills
