On site role 5 days a week - 36 hours Monday to Friday
The Role
As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR service to managers and staff. You will provide expert guidance across a range of employee relations matters and support the wider HR function in driving best practice.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide advice and guidance on employee relations issues including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, and performance management
*Manage ER cases from end to end, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies
*Support managers with HR queries and promote best practice across the organisation
*Assist with recruitment, onboarding and HR administration where required
*Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
*CIPD Level 5 qualification (or currently working towards completion – essential)
*Previous experience in an HR Advisor role or similar
*A strong background within the education sector (essential)
*Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices
*The ability to manage a varied caseload independently
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
