Are you passionate about supporting children’s learning and development?
About the Role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support 1:1 with a student who requires extra support. This may be with a KS1 or KS2 student, so we are looking for candidates who are flexible.
Start Date: September 2026
Salary: £92.63 a day
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm Monday to Friday
To be considered you must obtain an enhanced child only DBS and provide two contact references.
A number of primary schools based in the Farnborough area are seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to start from September. We have temporary, long term and permanent positions available.
Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting individual pupil/s inside and out of the classroom
*Assisting with classroom activities and resources
*Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
*Supporting pupils with additional needs to develop emotional and academically
*Assisting with organising and tidying the classroom when necessary
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience working with primary children (KS1 – KS2)
*A caring, patient, and adaptable approach
*Good communication and teamwork skills
*Experience supporting SEN children is desired but not essential
*A genuine passion for helping children learn and grow
*Basic knowledge of safeguarding and child protection principles (CPD training provided)
