Your Role as a Teaching Assistant
*Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
*Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils.
*Help create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment.
*Assist with classroom organisation, learning activities, and lesson preparation.
*Promote positive behaviour and support pupils with additional learning needs to achieve their full potential.
What We’re Looking For
*A genuine passion for education and working with children.
*Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable but not essential.
*Strong communication and teamwork skills.
*A proactive, enthusiastic, and supportive approach.
*An Enhanced DBS certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
