Job Description:
Full job descriptionReed HR are partnered with an organisation within the energy/infrastructure sector to recruit a Senior HR Advisor on a 9 month fixed-term basis.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role supporting both BAU HR and a complex divestment programme, including TUPE, restructuring and workforce change.
The Role
*Lead day-to-day HR operations across payroll, benefits, HRIS, recruitment and employee lifecycle
*Manage complex ER cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability)
*Act as a key advisor to managers on employment law and people matters
*Support a major divestment programme including TUPE, redundancy and restructuring
*Partner with senior leadership and legal advisers to manage risk and delivery
Key Focus Areas
*Workforce planning, retention and business continuity
*TUPE processes, consultation and employee data (ELI)
*Redundancy and restructuring programmes
*HR risk management, governance and due diligence
*Supporting clear communication and leadership alignment during change
About You
*Strong Senior HR Advisor experience across BAU and change
*Proven TUPE, redundancy and restructuring exposure
*Confident ER specialist with up-to-date UK employment law knowledge
*Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and legal teams
*CIPD (desirable)
