Nurture Education is currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Harrow. This exciting Level 3 Early Years Practitioner opportunity is ideal for an individual who is committed to providing high-quality early years education and helping young children develop confidence, independence and a love of learning.
The successful Level 3 Early Years Practitioner will work closely with teachers and support staff to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. The Role – Level 3 Early Years PractitionerAs a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:
*Support children’s learning and development within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
*Assist with planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
*Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
*Encourage children’s social, emotional and academic development.
*Observe, assess and record children’s progress.
*Build positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.
*Promote safeguarding, welfare and wellbeing at all times.
*Support children with additional needs where required.
Requirements – Level 3 Early Years PractitionerTo be considered for this Level 3 Early Years Practitioner role, you must have:
*A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
*Previous experience working as a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner within a nursery, preschool or primary school setting.
*Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
*Strong communication and teamwork skills.
*A caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
*Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
