We are currently recruiting for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to provide ongoing cover within a specialist SEN provision that operates across mainstream primary and secondary school settings.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work with pupils who require additional support with their learning, social development, communication, and emotional wellbeing. You will be joining a supportive and committed team focused on creating positive educational outcomes for every learner.
The Role*Supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs in both primary and secondary settings.
*Working closely with teachers and SEN professionals to deliver tailored support.
*Assisting students both within the classroom and during intervention sessions.
*Encouraging engagement, confidence, independence, and positive behaviour.
*Building strong, professional relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
Essential Requirements Enhanced Child Only DBS registered on the Update Service – applicants meeting this requirement will be fast-tracked through the recruitment process.
Full UK Driving Licence – this is an essential requirement due to the rural location of the schools and limited public transport access.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
