Salary: M1 (ECT Scale)
About the Role:Teaching Personnel are proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Blackpool, who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT to begin their teaching career in a supportive school environment with excellent mentoring and development opportunities. The role is offered for the full academic year, with the potential to secure a longer-term or permanent position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:*Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to a primary class (KS1 or KS2)
*Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum
*Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
*Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
*Contribute to the wider life of the school
The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold (or be on track to achieve) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Be an enthusiastic and reflective Early Career Teacher
Demonstrate strong classroom practice and behaviour management
Have a commitment to raising standards and supporting all learners
Be eager to develop professionally within a supportive setting
