The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:
*Manage and grow a well-established Business Support desk
*As part of this desk you will also be responsible for a ’side hustle’ specialism of either procurement & supply chain or marketing
*Build and maintain strong client relationships
*Source, attract, and place high-quality candidates
*Drive new business while nurturing existing accounts
*Deliver a best-in-class experience to both clients and candidates

*Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role
*A driven, competitive mindset with a passion for success
*Strong relationship-building and business development skills
*Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
