We are seeking passionate and dedicated teachers who are committed to helping children and young people with additional needs achieve their full potential.
The schools we support cater for pupils with a range of needs including:
*Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
*Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
*ADHD
*Moderate Learning Difficulties
*Severe Learning Difficulties
*Speech, Language and Communication Needs
*Complex Additional Needs
The RoleAs a SEND Teacher, you will:
*Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
*Create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
*Support pupils with a wide range of additional needs
*Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
*Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENDCOs and wider professionals
*Promote positive outcomes both academically and personally
We Are Looking For*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience teaching children or young people
*Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
*Ability to adapt teaching to meet individual needs
*A genuine passion for SEND education
