A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a committed SEND Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream primary school in Darwen.You will play a crucial role supporting pupils with additional needs, enabling them to access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities*Deliver targeted SEND support on a 1:1 basis
*Assist with classroom inclusion and behaviour management
*Implement tailored learning strategies
*Encourage pupil independence and confidence
Requirements*Previous experience supporting children with SEND
*Knowledge of autism, ADHD, or SEMH strategies
*Strong teamwork and communication skills
