We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience in education, support work, care, residential settings, youth work or similar environments.
The schools support pupils with a range of needs including:
*Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
*Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)
*ADHD
*Speech and Language Difficulties
*Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties
*Complex Additional Needs
The RoleAs a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
*Support pupils within the classroom environment
*Deliver targeted interventions and small group support
*Work closely with teachers and SEND professionals
*Help pupils develop confidence, independence and social skills
*Support behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
*Contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment
