Location: Northamptonshire
Pay: £90–£130 per day (dependent on experience)
Teaching Personnel are recruiting confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools across Northamptonshire.
This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced teaching assistants, or individuals with experience working with young people.
The Role:
*Deliver pre-set lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher.
*Manage classroom behaviour effectively.
*Ensure students remain engaged and on task.
*Provide feedback to teaching staff.
Requirements:
*Experience working with young people.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.
*Ability to manage behaviour confidently.
*Flexible and professional approach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
