Location: Remote (occasional office travel to Canary Wharf office)
Salary: £42,935
We’re looking for a detail-driven Quality Officer to join a high-performing team focused on improving service delivery and outcomes. You’ll assess casework, analyse data, and provide insight that drives continuous improvement and excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
*Quality assure casework and decisions against agreed standards
*Identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement
*Produce clear recommendations to enhance performance
*Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
*Ensure compliance with policies, processes, and frameworks
*
What We’re Looking For:
*Experience in Quality Assurance within complaints or customer service
*Strong analytical skills and ability to assess complex data
*Excellent attention to detail and decision-making ability
*Confident communicator able to present insights clearly
*Ability to manage workload and meet targets
Experience in housing or regulated environments is a plus
