The role
As a Conveyancing Paralegal in Glasgow, you’ll take ownership of your own caseload of residential property matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Managing sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of title
*Handling transactions from instruction through to settlement
*Drafting and issuing offers, concluding missives and progressing transactions
*Acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the process
*Maintaining accurate case records using case management systems
*Liaising with lenders, agents and other third parties
About you
This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal who:
*Has experience managing their own conveyancing caseload
*Is confident overseeing transactions from start to finish
*Communicates clearly and builds strong client relationships
*Is highly organised and able to meet deadlines
