Are you a Qualified (CIMA / ACCA) Accountant seeking a new Finance Manager role in Blackpool ?
Are you experienced in the day-to-day management of a finance department and the delivery of accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. ?
Would you like to work for a well - known household name and play a pivotal role in business planning and performance analysis, providing financial insights to support commercial decisions and drive efficiency?
If so then you may be interested in a Finance Manager role where you will be responsible for the following
*Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts, financial statements, and KPIs
*Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis
*Cash flow management and forecasting
*Supervise and support the finance team, ensuring continuous development and performance
*Lead improvements in financial systems, processes, and reporting tools
*Provide financial modelling and business case support for new initiatives
*Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
The ideal Finance Manager will be
*Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
*Proven experience as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager in an SME environment
*Hands-on experience with financial planning, budgeting, and analysis
*Experience of managing a small finance team
*Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, changing environment
