Full job descriptionWe are recruiting for a Warehouse/Forklift Operative to join a well-established manufacturing and distribution business. This is a varied, hands-on role covering goods in, order picking, dispatch, and general warehouse operations.
Duties will include:
*Receiving, breaking down, and allocating ’Goods In’
*Storing products efficiently using warehouse racking
*Picking and preparing customer orders and completing paperwork
*Dispatching goods and coordinating with couriers/transport companies
*Handling customer collections (including cash/cheques to the office)
*Routine warehouse housekeeping and site maintenance
*Assisting with stock checks
*Operational maintenance of site equipment
*Ensuring safe storage practices and contributing to a clean working environment
*Forklift driving - training will be provided
You will need to have:
*Previous warehouse experience
*Counterbalance licence (expired licences will be refreshed with training provided)
*Good attention to detail and organisation
*Basic IT skills (Excel essential)
*Reliable, team player with a strong work ethic

Hours of work are:
Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 4:45pm and Friday, 8:00am to 2:30pm (39 hours per week)
