Full job descriptionJob Title: Facilities Officer
Location: London - Belsize
Rate: £19 - £21 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract: 2 Months - (Immediate Start)
We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Facilities Officer to support a school / college in London on a 2-month contract with an immediate start.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with previous site or facilities experience within a school or similar environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Opening and closing of the site
*Carrying out basic maintenance and repairs
*General site upkeep, including cleaning of external areas
*Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained across the site
*Assisting with deliveries and setting up rooms as required
Requirements:
*Standard DBS required
*Previous caretaker, maintenance, or facilities experience
*Basic DIY/maintenance skills
*Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
This is a great opportunity for someone available immediately and looking for a short-term role.
