I am recruiting alongside a well-established and inclusive secondary school in Bristol for an inspiring and dedicated Food & Design Technology Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis.

About the Role:As a Food & Design Technology Teacher, you will:
*Deliver engaging and challenging lessons across KS3 and KS4
*Plan and deliver high-quality practical and theoretical lessons
*Promote creativity, independence and problem-solving skills
*Assess and monitor student progress in line with school policies
*Support the development of the DT and Food curriculum
*Contribute to enrichment opportunities and wider school life
*Maintain high expectations for behaviour and engagement
*Play an active role within a collaborative department
Who This Role Suits:*Qualified teachers of Food Technology, Design Technology or related subjects (QTS)
*ECTs or experienced teachers seeking a supportive and inclusive school
*Educators passionate about practical learning and student development
*Teachers confident delivering KS3 & KS4 DT/Food content
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:*Strong subject knowledge in Food and/or Design Technology
*Experience teaching at KS3 and KS4
*Excellent classroom and practical environment management skills
*High expectations for student achievement and behaviour
*A proactive and reflective approach to teaching
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*A commitment to ongoing professional development
