Contract: Temporary (e.g. 4–12 weeks, with potential extension)

Reporting to: Office Manager / Team Leader
Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and highly organised Temporary Administrator to provide essential support to our team during a busy period. Based in Brighton, this role will focus on maintaining efficient administrative processes, supporting daily operations, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
The ideal candidate will be immediately available, adaptable, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
*Provide general administrative support to the team
*Manage data entry, document processing, and filing systems
*Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence
Data & Systems Management
*Input, update, and maintain accurate records in internal systems
*Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times
*Assist with database management or CRM updates
Customer & Team Support
*Handle incoming enquiries via phone and email
*Redirect queries to relevant departments when necessary
*Provide support to internal teams with ad hoc requests
Organisation & Coordination
*Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars
*Coordinate bookings, meeting rooms, and resources
*Support with basic event or project administration
Office Support
*Manage incoming and outgoing post
*Support with ordering office supplies
*Assist with general office duties as required
Skills & Experience
Essential
*Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*Good attention to detail and accuracy
*Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Desirable
*Experience using CRM systems or internal databases
*Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment
*Immediately available or on short notice
