A leading precision engineering company is seeking an experienced Fine Limit Sheet Metal Worker to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled individual who takes pride in producing complex, high-precision components to the highest industry standards.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
*Manufacture fine limit sheet metal components to tight tolerances.
*Work from engineering drawings, specifications, and templates.
*Form, bend, cut, and assemble sheet metal parts.
*Carry out fitting, drilling, countersinking, and riveting.
*Use hand tools, machines, and measuring equipment with precision.
*Inspect finished components to ensure they meet quality standards.
*Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe, organised workspace.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as a Fine Limit Sheet Metal Worker.
*Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
*Experience working to tight tolerances within precision environments.
*Skilled in sheet metal fabrication techniques and assembly processes.
*High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality.
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a skilled team.
*Aerospace experience is advantageous but not essential.
