Position: Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant
Contract: Full Time

Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference to young people’s learning and development?
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant to join a fantastic school in the Maidstone area.
The successful candidate will have experience supporting students with SEN and delivering interventions, providing personalised support to help pupils overcome barriers and achieve their potential.
You will work as part of a supportive team, assisting teachers and helping to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
Responsibilities will include:
*Supporting students with SEN within lessons
*Delivering one-to-one and small group interventions
*Helping pupils develop confidence and independence
*Supporting academic progress and wellbeing
*Working closely with teaching staff and the wider pastoral team
We would love to hear from candidates who:
*Have SEN support experience within a school or educational setting
*Have experience delivering interventions
*Are patient, caring, and enthusiastic
*Have strong communication skills
*Ideally hold a degree, especially in a core subject or Social Science discipline
