We’re seeking a detail-oriented Payments Reconciliation Administrator to join a fast-paced financial operations team. You’ll be responsible for reconciling accounts, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring payment accuracy while working to strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
*Perform regular reconciliations (daily, weekly, monthly), ensuring all transactions are accurately matched and recorded.
*Investigate discrepancies, identifying root causes and resolving issues efficiently, often working with internal teams.
*Maintain clear and accurate records, ensuring strong audit trails and compliance at all times.
*Meet SLA targets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment by managing your workload effectively.
*Identify and escalate risks or recurring issues, contributing to continuous improvement.
Requirements
*Confident in Excel and MS Office, with the ability to handle data and reporting tasks effectively.
*Previous experience in payments, reconciliations, or a fast-paced operational role, with an understanding of accuracy and deadlines.
*Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking, with the ability to spot and resolve issues quickly.
*Able to work under pressure, staying organised and delivering high-quality work to tight deadlines.
