*Salary: £25.64 - £28.21 per hour
*Contract Type: Ongoing temporary contract
Join our client as an Interim HR Manager and supports the business objectives and promote best practices across the HR function.
Responsibilities:
*Manage complex employee relations matters including disciplinaries and performance issues.
*Provide HR advice and guidance to managers.
*Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
*Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
*Ensure compliance with UK employment law.
*Analyse HR metrics and report findings to senior leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
*Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
*CIPD Level 5 or above, or equivalent experience.
*Excellent communication and leadership skills.
