What You’ll Be Doing
*Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients
*Winning new business through sales calls, networking, and market research
*Sourcing and interviewing candidates
*Matching candidates to permanent, temporary, and fixed-term opportunities
*Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
*Delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates

*Strong relationship-building and sales skills
*Recruitment or sales experience is desirable but not essential
