£45,000 per annum + bonuses
Full-time | 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:*Lead, supervise, and support a team delivering home care services
*Oversee recruitment processes, including interviews, DBS checks, and onboarding
*Manage training and induction, ensuring all staff meet required standards
*Monitor team performance, handle supervisions, and address disciplinary issues when necessary
*Ensure client needs are assessed and met through tailored care plans and regular reviews
*Promote client engagement and contribute to the branch’s quality assurance efforts
*Maintain compliance with Health & Safety requirements in the branch and client homes
*Ensure rotas are managed effectively and care calls are delivered as scheduled
What They’re Looking For:*Proven experience managing domiciliary care or a similar service
*Strong leadership and organisational skills
*Clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
*Availability to work alternate weekends and be on call as needed
*A compassionate, proactive attitude and genuine commitment to high-quality care
