Full job descriptionExperienced Lettings Consultant – Patchway, Bristol
Salary: £28,000–£35,000 + strong commission (OTE)
Hours: Monday–Friday 8:45am–6:00pm (occasional Saturdays with a weekday off)
A fast-paced role for an Experienced Lettings Consultant who thrives on valuations, wins new business, and delivers standout service.
What You’ll Do
*Register tenants and match them to suitable homes
*Maintain accurate applicant records
*Book and conduct valuations
*Lead confident viewings
*Negotiate lets between landlords and tenants
*Work closely with the team to deliver exceptional service
*Monitor the local market and spot opportunities
What You Bring
*12+ months lettings experience (valuations ideal)
*Strong negotiation skills
*Quick thinking and adaptability
*Excellent communication
*Solid IT skills
*Attention to detail
*Confidence working independently and within a team
*Full UK driving licence (pool car available; own car may be required)
