Description
*Manage and oversee the preparation of accurate financial reports and budgets across two sites.
*Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory financial requirements.
*Manage the finance team.
*Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations.
*Support senior management with financial forecasting and strategic planning.
*Lead and develop the accounting team to achieve departmental objectives.
*Manage cash flow, including forecasting and ensuring optimal working capital levels.

Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
