We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a specialist provision in Medway, supporting pupils with complex communication needs, ASD and a range of additional learning needs. This is an incredibly rewarding role where your creativity, patience and enthusiasm will help pupils achieve their full potential.
What You’ll Be Doing:
*Supporting pupils with a personalised, engaging and therapeutic approach to learning
*Working closely with teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning plans
*Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and social communication skills
*Creating a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment
*Using strategies such as visual supports, sensory regulation techniques and structured routines
