What We’re Looking For:
*Proven track record in senior leadership within education
*QTS or QTLS
*Experience managing change, turnaround, or improvement programmes
*Strong understanding of Ofsted frameworks and compliance
*Ability to make an immediate impact in fast-paced environments
*Flexibility and readiness to undertake short- and medium-term assignments
