Rochdale Council are seeking a temporary Administrator to support the Office Manager within their highway operational delivery team. This role involves a wide range of support services including financial support, project and technical support, and administration across the in-house highway operational service and other relevant services. The successful candidate will ensure high levels of operational, technical, and customer services are maintained at all times.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manning the reception area, providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact.
*Monitoring, managing, and allocating member email enquiries, Freedom of Information requests, Highways Inbox, and CRM enquiries.
*Processing invoices and works orders efficiently and accurately.
*Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of reports, budgets, and financial records.
*Supporting the Office Manager in administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the office.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
*Strong organisational and time management skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems.
*Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
*Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
