Full job descriptionWe are seeking a motivated Nursery Manager (or experienced Deputy Manager ready to step up) to lead and develop a growing early years setting.
About the Role
As Nursery Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursery, leading a team to deliver high-quality care and education. You will play a key role in driving standards, supporting staff development, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment for all children.

Key Responsibilities
*Lead, support, and develop a team of early years staff
*Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the nursery
*Ensure full compliance with EYFS, Ofsted, and safeguarding requirements
*Maintain high standards of care, learning, and child development
*Build strong relationships with parents and external agencies
*Monitor occupancy, staffing, and performance to support nursery growth
Requirements
*Minimum Level 3 Cache Childcare qualification
*Experience as a Deputy Manager or Nursery Manager
*Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
