About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly and welcoming nursery team based in Redhill. This opportunity is open to both qualified Level 3 practitioners and unqualified candidates who have experience working with children and are willing to work towards a qualification.

Working Hours
*4 days per week
*10.5-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities
*Deliver high-quality care and education to children
*Support children’s learning and development in line with EYFS
*Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
*Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
*Contribute to planning and daily nursery activities
Requirements
*Level 3 Childcare qualification OR relevant experience working with children
*Willingness to work towards a childcare qualification (if unqualified)
*Understanding of EYFS (or willingness to learn)
*Passionate, reliable, and team-oriented
