*Build & Grow Your Desk: Develop a new and expanding market within Marketing & Creative

*Business Development: Win new clients across Bristol & the South West

*Full 360 Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process

*Candidate Sourcing: Attract and engage high-quality marketing & creative professionals

*Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates

*Collaborate: Work closely with a high-performing consultant to maximise regional opportunities
