Are you looking to start a career in education but don’t have formal qualifications? Do you have experience working with children or young people in a hands-on or supportive role?
We are recruiting Unqualified Teaching Assistants to work in supportive and welcoming primary school settings across South Bristol.
The Role*Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 and small group basis
*Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
*Help build confidence, engagement, and positive behaviour
*Support children with a range of needs, including additional learning needs
*Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
What We’re Looking ForNo formal qualifications are required – we value experience and attitude above all else.
You may have experience such as:
*Sports coaching
*Swim teaching
*Youth work
*Activity coordination
*Holiday clubs or camps
*Children’s care or support work
We’re looking for someone who is:
*Confident working with children or young people
*Patient, proactive, and reliable
*Able to build strong relationships and manage behaviour positively
*Passionate about making a difference in education
