Overview
We are seeking an organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to support our client’s recruitment function on a 6-month temporary basis. This role is ideal for a candidate with experience across the full recruitment lifecycle, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide end-to-end recruitment administration support across the full hiring lifecycle
*Coordinate job postings across internal and external platforms
*Screen applications and support shortlisting processes
*Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
*Manage candidate communications, ensuring a positive candidate experience
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
*Support onboarding processes, including documentation and compliance checks
*Produce recruitment reports and provide data insights where required
*Ensure adherence to internal recruitment policies and employment legislation
Skills and Experience Required
*Proven experience working within a recruitment or HR administration role
*Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
*Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
*Experience with the Cornerstone recruitment system is highly desirable
*Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Personal Attributes
*Highly organised and detail-oriented
*Proactive and able to work independently
*Strong team player with a collaborative approach
*Professional and confident in dealing with stakeholders at all levels
