We are seeking a proactive and organised Lettings Administrator to join a busy lettings team based in Central Brighton. This temporary 3-month assignment offers a fantastic opportunity for candidates with previous experience in a lettings or property environment who are confident in handling customer queries and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Manage and respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner.
*Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
*Provide support with day-to-day administrative duties within the lettings team.
*Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
*Assist with tenancy paperwork and documentation as required.
*Support the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the office.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience within a lettings or property environment is essential.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*Confident in answering phones and managing multiple enquiries.
*Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
*Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.
*Good attention to detail and accuracy.
