About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff. You’ll be:
*Supervising pre-set lessons across a range of subjects
*Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a focused learning environment
*Supporting students to stay on task and complete their work
*Working across a variety of mainstream secondary schools and specialist provisions
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for individuals who:
*Have previous experience working in schools (essential)
*Are confident leading a classroom and managing behaviour effectively
*Have a calm, professional presence and strong communication skills
*Are reliable and committed – with availability for 4–5 days per week preferred
*Can adapt quickly to different school environments
