Reed Education are currently working with a range of fantastic schools across Sussex who are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams. We have opportunities available in:
Worthing
Brighton
Chichester
Littlehampton
Haywards Heath
Crowborough
Uckfield
The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs, including autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties. Roles may involve:
*Providing 1:1 or small group support
*Assisting with EHCPs and individual learning plans
*Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation
*Helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
*Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
