Location: Paramount House, Gelderd Road, Birstall, WF17 9QD
Hours: 40 hours per week - 6am starts Goods In, 9am starts Outbound loading.

We are currently looking for an experienced FLT Reach & Counterbalance Driver to join our growing warehouse team at our Birstall site.
The Role
As an FLT Driver, you’ll be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our warehouse, with a focus on:
*Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
*Goods-in processing and stock put-away
*Outbound loading and dispatch preparation
*Moving stock throughout the warehouse using Reach and Counterbalance trucks
*Conducting stock checks and maintaining accurate inventory records
*Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
*Supporting the wider warehouse team as required
What We’re Looking For
*Valid FLT Reach and Counterbalance licences
*Previous experience working within a warehouse environment
*Experience with goods-in and outbound loading operations
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
*Flexibility to support operational demands when needed
