Full job descriptionWe are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support a range of welcoming primary schools across Chester.
About the role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils’ learning, provide one-to-one or small group support, and help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key responsibilities:
*Supporting children with their learning and development
*Assisting the teacher with classroom activities
*Promoting a safe and engaging learning environment
*Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
What we’re looking for:
*Experience working with children (school or childcare setting)
*A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3) desirable but not essential
