About the RoleWe are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support a number of welcoming primary schools across the Ellesmere Port area. These roles involve working closely with teachers to support pupils’ learning, development, and wellbeing in a classroom environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with children and making a positive impact on their education.
Key Responsibilities*Supporting the class teacher in delivering lessons and activities
*Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis with pupils
*Assisting children with learning, social development, and behaviour
*Helping to create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
*Supporting children with additional needs where required
*Preparing learning materials and classroom resources
What We’re Looking For*Experience working with children (school-based experience desirable but not essential)
*A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A passion for helping children reach their full potential
*Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) are advantageous but not essential
