My client, a global technology organisation delivering a large-scale digital transformation programme. They are looking for a hands on ServiceNow Specialist with strong ITSM experience to design, configure, and implement enterprise-level solutions.
Key Responsibilities
*Design and deliver ServiceNow ITSM solutions
*Configure platform components (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer)
*Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
*Manage core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request)
*Work with CMDB and CSDM frameworks
*Build and support integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub)
*Lead stakeholder workshops and solution design sessions
Essential Skills
*Active SC Clearance (must already hold)
*Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementations
*Strong configuration and development experience within ServiceNow
*Knowledge of CMDB and ServiceNow data model
*Experience with integrations (APIs, data mapping)
*Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Desirable
*ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD)
*Exposure to ITOM, CSM or AI modules
*Experience with eBonding / Service Exchange
