Profile
A successful Head of Finance should have:
*A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

*Strong knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and compliance.
*Proven experience in financial leadership, ideally within the not-for-profit sector.
*The ability to interpret complex financial information and present it clearly to stakeholders.
*Excellent management and leadership skills to guide a finance team effectively.
