? What you’ll be doing*Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in vibrant, welcoming schools
*Helping children learn in ways that actually make sense to them (yes – sometimes that includes Lego, sensory play, and a LOT of encouragement!)
*Building confidence, independence, and those lightbulb moments
*Being part teacher, part cheerleader, part problem-solver…and occasionally part comedian
We’d love you to have…*Experience working with children (SEN experience = bonus points )
*A calm, caring, and can-do attitude
