Full job descriptionCorporate Senior Solicitor
A unique opportunity to join this wonderful central London firm and play a significant role in the evolution of the team.
Working alongside an established partner you will be responsible for the following:
*Advising on private company M&A
*General corporate/commercial matters e.g. contracts etc
*Experience of acting on behalf of cross border SMEs, fast growth entrepreneurs
*Deal values in the range of £5m - £30m
The successful candidate
*Partner or senior associate on the cusp of partnership
*Proven referral network and/or loyal following
*Ability to train, mentor and develop juniors
*Team player and outward facing
*Enjoys BD and referring work to other practice areas
*Tech savvy
*Would like to lead the team in the mid-long term

*Stable and successful
*Good cross border relationships
*Equity on offer in the short-term
