The Opportunity
You will work closely with experienced family law specialists on a varied and challenging caseload, gaining hands-on involvement in complex matters from day one.
Typical work will include:
*High-value financial remedy proceedings
*Drafting and reviewing complex Forms E
*Cases involving trusts, business interests, and family assets
*Pension sharing matters and liaison with pension experts
*Tax-related issues, including coordination with UK and international tax advisers
*International family law disputes and jurisdictional issues
*Private children matters
*Supporting senior lawyers on complex and cross-border cases
