Contract: Full-Time (Term Time Only)

About the Role
We are currently recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants to join a range of well-established secondary schools across Preston and Blackpool from September 2026. With multiple positions available, this is an excellent opportunity to secure a full-time, long-term role in a supportive and dynamic educational environment.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping to raise attainment and promote a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide classroom support across a range of subjects
*Work 1:1 or in small groups with students who require additional support
*Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
*Support pupils with SEN, SEMH, or additional learning needs (where required)
*Monitor and report on student progress and engagement
*Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
*A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
*Experience working within a secondary school setting is desirable
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*A proactive, adaptable, and supportive approach
*Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
*Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
