*Prepare accurate and timely management accounts, including variance analysis.
*Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
*Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
*Reconcile balance sheets and maintain accurate financial records.
*Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial compliance and efficiency.
*Support the preparation of year-end financial statements and liaise with auditors.
*Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
*Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*Strong technical accounting skills and a solid understanding of financial principles.
*Experience in preparing management accounts and financial analysis.
*Proficiency with accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
*Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
*The ability to work independently and meet deadlines effectively.
