Full-time | Monday to Friday (37.5 hours)
The Opportunity
I’m currently representing a well-established UK-based IT provider specialising in custom managed IT services, who are continuing to invest heavily in their sales team due to consistent growth.
They’re now looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join the team in a role designed for progression which offers a clear pathway into an Account Executive position, where you’ll manage and grow your own client base.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Generating new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
*Engaging decision-makers to understand their challenges and position tailored IT solutions
*Booking and delivering product demonstrations, converting prospects into customers
*Managing and tracking your pipeline using a CRM system
*Working towards and exceeding activity targets and revenue goals
*Retaining and developing clients you onboard as you progress into a full sales cycle role
What They’re Looking For
*Minimum 1 year of sales experience (B2B or B2C)
*Proven experience in outbound sales and cold outreach
*Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to senior stakeholders
*A target-driven mindset and a proactive, resilient attitude
*Ability to manage your own workload in a fast-paced environment
*Experience in IT/tech or CRM systems is advantageous, but not essential
What’s On Offer
*£27,000 – £30,000 base salary + uncapped commission
*Realistic OTE of £40,000 – £45,000+
